O Programa Minerva é um programa de treinamento em economia de mercado, com duração de 16 semanas, é destinado aos executivos dos setores privado e público da América Latina. Os participantes do Programa Minerva aprendem conceitos de economia, finanças, formação de política econômica, regulação, e ética pública. Eles voltam aos seus países com melhor compreensão dos papéis dos setores privado e público, e consciente das políticas necessárias para promover desenvolvimento econômico. Mais de 500 executivos da América Latina se formaram do Programa Minerva, muitos deles atribuindo mérito ao Programa por suas promoções subsequentes a cargos mais elevados.
